Selling Products problems

So I made 2 software in the first couple of years (1983 and 1987) and I can't seem to sell not barely 100 copies which is really stupid. I remember in alpha 10 I used to make millions without a problem. With my first software I could easily get over 300 and even more followers and build from there. my method was usually release my product a month before my competitor. That in return would make it sell a lot and of course with 100% quality, it would sell very good.

But in alpha 11...jeez, not even 100 copies. I got trouble getting over 100 followers so I guess I really need help with this alpha 11 cause I can't get success with this one.

Im playing the 11.7 and im playing on medium difficulty. I would gladly give my savegame if someone would tell me what I'm doing wrong or missing cause I'm sure its pretty obvious or stupid cause I can't tell

for extra information, when I put my antivirus software in beta, I got 3 medium marketing agents and made them do some level 1 and 2 text and pictures. For some reason, that marketing team moves very slowly even though they got 2 stars in those skills. (I tried to get a 3 star marketer but I never got one ?!?)

I did that for 3 months making the marketing text and picture and sending a copy and hype it up in the last 3 months but the followers barely moves.

You can still earn millions, but the game has become way more detailed so there is way more things you gotta pay attention to, quality, quantity, which software and so on. It's harder now and that's more fun.
