Development Deal
hi guys, is the development deal bugged? i seem to be losing rep everytime i finish the deal. i already done 2000+ bug fix on the contracted software.

Edit: it the deal not contract

nope, i released the contract when it said "today".

check the contract screen and click on the finished contracts. You might see why it's unfullfilled. Possible that the quality is not enough then if it's a big contract

Sorry its the deal not the contract. i did debug 2000+ then finish the contract when it is the delivery date.

Tbh development deals are weird. But it's possible you did not meet the required quality level overall. Generally I recommend to not make Development deals, especially because it's very unclear when you don't meet requirements.

I always de-bug development deals to be able to get a good rating and continue to increase your business reputation (BR)...
Are you de-bugging your development deals?
My recommendation is to stick to design deals as they auto settle and if you get them to three iterations you will continue to improve your BR...

i did debug for 2000+ bug. that is why im making this discussion. you cant really know how many bug there is. but i did 2000+ debug and yet still losing rep when i finish the deal

Like I mentioned, it's possible that the overall quality wasn't as good as expected by the one giving the deal. Like I said, development deals aren't really good tbh.

got the same problem with over 800 bugs fixed, no matter when you complete this task (i carried it for over 2 years with me, just to lose lots of rep now for nothing).
so i guess it's not worth to do development deals as angk500 mentioned. sad but what will we do :/
