Is there a way to outsource support?
I have outsourced the marketing and printing to a publisher, but I saw no options for outsourcing support. Is there a way to to this so I don't have to deal with tickets and instead only have to deal with fixing bugs?

As far as I know you can buyout a company and select that company in the team assignment window as support.
