In that case you are using a rentable space that has his own entrace with reception, right? You can't change that room since you cannot rent it, so basically you can't do anything at all to make the room better. You would need to look for another building with a better reception.
You could also have your own building with your own reception, or even search for a rentable building that doesn't have a reception and make your own room^^

For dirt and cleaning, the easiest solution would have been the assignment of cleaning team per specific room, because for now I only see "outside" as an option.

The same goes for security, so far burglars enter only via door, so would be great to just put the guy at a specific door only, unless burglars can saw walls or break into windows.
