How do you actually sell games ?
I allways make outstanding software with 100% reach and do a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of marketing but i barely sell more than 200 Units.

Whats the secret ? Do i need 30k fans before it gets profitable ?

It's mostly about market competition and market demand. If you introduce software into a flooded market, it's going to decrease sales potential especially if it is a first release from your company.

This is a game of numbers and management.
For best results in the early game, these should all be happening...

Team Compatibility✔
A leader with socialization✔
Press Builds when you have a release date. ✔
Release on time ✔
Marketing on the release date, "Best is an open budget if you have the funds"✔
Support team with no missed tickets, "Hire Support with system specialization"✔
Updated tech ✔
5/6 months of de-budding or more...✔
Release before Dec. Rush for your year.
Stick close to project dev. time to ensure tech is not outdated
Price, I use $10 less than suggested
Port it on the release date to other OSs'

Each new app. is like starting over so prior fans only count it that specialization!

More in my guides in the guides page...👀

5/6 months of debugging ahahah what!??!?!

You don't need 5-6 months of debugging I do 1-2 months and get millions per software

I havent played much so I cannot say for sure, but to me the price seemed to matter a lot. If it suggests say 150, I just sell it for 50 or something. Since the net cost per copy is like 2 dollars or something to print a copy. So just spam out as many as you can. No point selling 500 at 150, when you can sell 10000 at 50. If I see my product is not selling the way I hoped, I just cut prices.

Also could it be your product is just bad?

What is the most profit you have gotten for software, What software, in what year?

I release once the de-bugging slows down which is 4, 5/6 months with very little returns and a support team to keep up with the tickets and fix bugs. My first release is always outstanding and usually, brings in profits of 20mil+ in 1983. So yes 5/6 months!

You have to keep in mind your competitors. I tend to loose LOTS of sales when a competitor releases the same software and you are the underdog in terms of reputation, and those sales don't really recover.
Release your software at least a few months after other companies, and a good few months at least before their future releases. Start developing the sequel right away so you can cash in on any reputation you earned and get your revenue back asap.
