How to hold meetings?

A leader will automatically hold meetings at least once a day.

I usually prefer not to have meetings, as the speed bonus for them never outweighs the three hours of lost time working.

Also for your leader to be able to hold meetings, you need a table with chairs for them to sit at.
The outdoor table also counts for it, so your team can hold nice outdoor meetings in the middle of freaking winter and still get the socialized / effectivness bonusses :P

Meetings are not really important if you have a cook and canteen. The meetings last one hour and help moral. It also helps to have meetings but extend working hours by one hour in the day to make up for it. The game is so easy you could have meetings and lunch and work 8-4 with the lazest people and still dominat. I have a few meeting rooms available. You can also have meetings in the leaders room provided chairs and table are present.
