Alpha 11 - Development Deals always destroy my reputation?

So every time I finish a deal for developing a product, I lose an absolute ton of my reputation.
The client seems to review it as reasonable (7-8 out of 10) and I do one or two peer reviews if I can afford it to help build the quality up, followed by months and months of fixing between 500-1500 bugs usually, and every time no matter what I get a massive loss of reputation with literally no info as to why.

Is this just unfinished content that lacks feedback or am I doing something completely wrong

Are you finishing it before the deadline if yes that is the problem you need to develop and de=bug the game for at least three or four months? Make sure you follow all the same steps as you will do with your development. Reviews and de-budding and let it release on the deadline date.

As said, I was debugging for months and months. I waited until the month it was due and I was fixing colossal quantities of bugs and yet it always gives me the same awful reputation result

I think what LatNwarrior means is, you must click “finish” to end the project before the deadline :).

Ok, let's try this again, what salary level developers are you hiring, how many stars in the required specializations, and at what skill level? How many developers are on the team and how many do the job call for?
Do you have a leader and if yes what specializations do they have?
