My products suddenly stop making money,

Every product I've made has made a ton of money but within 2 to 3 mounths it stops all sudden at zero. It will be making million of dollars one day but then the next day makes exatly 0, I would think there would be a decline but it just goes striaght from a millions to zero. And it says that I have well over million people using my products but it dosnt make money. I had this prolbem once in the last update, but in this one, all my products suddenly stop making money.

What type of software are you making, and if it is dependent on a third-party OS, has the capacity of the OS(s) Userbase been reached? Also, having a million users doesn't earn you money. It means you've already earned your money from those customers. Your software only earn money from new sales and/or licensing to other companies. If you're not capped out on OS dependencies, have you looked to see if a competitor launched a product of the same type to siphon away your sales? New releases can definitely stop your profits dead in their tracks.
