Report a translation problem
Could be a few things.
1.) You have them idle most of the time.
2.) His job role isnt set right e.g hes a programmer doing art or marketing
3.) Could be overly stressed from crunch
4.) Could be their benefits or salary isnt good enough
Most likely the first one! I had that too, however its difficult to tell. Just send them home every day at midnight for 6 months then sack them and they normally wont go to the press.
