Job is not fulfilling help
Hi, I don't have as much skill and experience with the game mechanics and stuff and I keep getting complaints from one of my employees that the job isn't fulfilling. This is the 3rd employee that has done this and I don't want him to go to the press. What do I need to do.

Right,

Could be a few things.

1.) You have them idle most of the time.
2.) His job role isnt set right e.g hes a programmer doing art or marketing
3.) Could be overly stressed from crunch
4.) Could be their benefits or salary isnt good enough

Most likely the first one! I had that too, however its difficult to tell. Just send them home every day at midnight for 6 months then sack them and they normally wont go to the press.
