SCM: Source control management. How does it work?
I understand this reduce bug occurencies, but is it affected by the server load ? What is the fun gameplay mechanic of assigning a server to a project? i just feel like picking any server not overloaded, wich is actually the one i use for distribution, whis is the only one I created and is always big enough to sustain any load.

There must be something I missed, isn'it?

This mean that all employees have acces to that server, and the developing software, making bug fixing more effective. So yeah, as long as the server isn't overloaded the scm increases the bugfixing efficiency. If the server is overloaded, the employees prob. have increased loading and saving times when uploading their work to the servers making bugfixing slower. (just guessing ofcourse)

At the moment, you are doing nothing wrong.
Servers might need to be reworked in the future (be more expensive / higher maintenance / ...) as well as the hosting deals and distribution channel income. However, they are not the core of the gameplay (which is creating software xd).
Imagine having events like Ddos attacks on your servers (making having multiple servers with decent fallback options a must have.) Ofcourse maybe something for the future, first we await the A11 features overhaul :D
