Well, its about 25 teams now. I play mostly 1x speed or rather paused.
Some things mamage HR training, also there is an certain routine, you will find out.
Small number of people makes more issues, when one designer get sick, whole process migh get stopped.
I could build a company ten times that size on pause mode and have a giant building with 2500 people in it developing everything, but I really don't want to extend that effort. It's no challenge, the performance is bad and it's tedious.
The game is only fun as long as you take risks and actually have the potential to go bankrupt. Once the FPS drops, so does my interest and I usually start over.
Basicaly, after first 2D Editor release, its impossible to go bankrupt.
