Do not go with a publisher. As soon as you are ready to promote your application to alpha for de-bugging; stop the game. Go to marketing and set a release date 6/7 months out and do a Press build to announce the date, The press build will go out the next date, wait on day and them do another press build to try to get more followers, do this one more time after that. Now on the day/month before you release stop and hire 2/3 medium salary marketers and a support teams of about four, Assign the marketing team to marketing on release and the support to support.
Tip:
I never set price on marketing; you can do this or follow your own process.
Tip:
If when you review the product and it is not 8.5 or better do another iteration before you do any of the above. I always hire medium development teams and have always gotten 9.5 or better on reviews.
See my guilds in the guilds page which will help you with your game... GGing
Indeed, printers and pallets are the only things you need, only make sure you have hired couriers to pick up your prints (mostly at nighttime or early morning it seems). And do not forget couriers do need parking so have some close by.
