The only option is to reload a savegame.
You can save blueprints, but it doesn't work so well for rooms. I spent 24hrs creating the 'perfect' floor though.It's a 17x17 square I can stack into a tower, and also connect on each side to another future hallway. I've yet to go three floors high, as each floor has 40 computers. With 3 shifts, that's a lot of monkeys.

All rooms 200% environment. The inbox is used as the only computer accesssory. Except marketers get a phone.
I'm using a mod which allows me to create an interior wall, which is something you mentnioned. It's the bright blue walls in the center. They make the elevators and vending machines have their own alcoves.
