Core might need to boost it up back a bit.
Before (a9) it was to easy, now (a10) it's useless hehe
- base-skill is raised by "learning by doing", it takes a lot of time and the employee realy have to "work" and dont sit there and dreaming... so you realy have to use every minute...
- sec-skills can only be improved by education - it take a lot of time. you have to specialize youre employee more than befor.
a programmer is no more just a programmer its a 2D-programmer, a system-programmer or a 3D-artist and so on...
you cant hire and fired youre employee anymore like you whant to.
its less arcade/sandbox
more simulation/realism
you cant dev. super cool software stuff without more patience.
and the furiture is more important to raise skills.
be the best from the start on is no more possible - and i like that.
but yes its too mutch - i am in 1998 now and i make mostly "great" produkts
some of my employees are 17 years a part of my company and they are very good... it will hurt if they are gone soon...
i like this new system - but i can understand also, some ppl dont like it.
THE SOLUTION IS:
a "CUSTOM- DIFFICULT-OPTION"
where you can calibrate the rate of learning and some other tweeks like rate of fans growing and so on...
and for the future: @coredumping
give me the option to turn off the hacking events if you realy at them!
