Distribution deal tips for an idiot

Hey, my company is doing well and im at the point of stopping play now because there hasnt been any challenge for a long time except buying every new company for fun.

Digital distribution deals are the only thing im not sure about, am I supposed to see when somebody is releasing a super popular product and make a deal with them before that or is it better to make deals with the new small companies and hope they will start making some real money?

So far it seems I havent been able to make any great profit with distribution deals, most of the time I just end up spending 50 million euros on internet per month.

The companies that are well established won't deal with you. Distribution starts very early on, you need to make deals in the 80s/90s with new companies and hopefully they blossum into something.
OR you can create your own, with a massive server and print limited copies. I started in the 80s and now in 00s, 94% of my distribution is digital and I have 4 companies that I take the cut of. They only accept if you have a wider range reach than them. But still a lot of companies failed or went to be a subsidary.
