How to Unlock More Furnitures ?

I'm in the year 1992 but there are still have default furnitues listed ?

Only furniture unlocking is by year, and it should have them marked with when they'll unlock.

I discovered new furnitures from workshop made by other users but Software inc should have more furnitures by default It's very few.
