help!employers needs social

i dont know what to do i just do a room with a table and food and still same
help please!

So to solve this multiple things are possible:

1) place a water dispenser (the blue one tile item under the buy menu)
Employees will socialize around it.

2) Hire or make an employee a leader and set up a meeting table. (tables with enough chairs aroudn it.) He will take your employees on a meeting every day. This will increase team compatbility and raise social as well.

3) Make a kitchen with a stove and fridge. Then, hire a cook under the staff menu. Then, place a table in the dining room with that round plate thingy on it. Employees than dine together stick together :P
