Staff leaving early
It's not a big deal, but since building parking lots to accomodate Couriers, I've noticed my staff are leaving between 15 and 20 minutes early, whereas when they got the bus they were working the fully alloted hours.

Does anyone know a "fix" to this. the number of times I've been the tiniest bit off developing something before they leave early is slightly infuriating

you kow if he wants to squeez every penny out of his drones than he can. In fact, he has the dvine right to deny bathroom breaks and coffe breaks. Human drones must work for 14 hour shifts. No eating, drinking, smoking, using the bathroom leaving their computer, or anything. They work and only go to meetings.

Man, you sound like my last boss - when I was interviewed for the position I asked if there was a possibility of work-from-home, he looked at me and said "I expect you to work from home .... after you've done your 8 hours in the office". He was only, slightly, joking.

Employ no lazy people - they are the one's leaving early and annoying you.

@lordDaem
Notice that when those who leave early, also arrive earlier then those by bus.
The early arrival kinda compensates their early departure .

I reminded myself of my last boss there. I was meant to work 8 - 7 six days a week. I was flying to Ibiza at 4am the next day, but the boss made me stay as a colleague of mine had messed up writing contracts for a job that started the next day....

I worked until just after 11pm and got no thanks (or overtime) from it. I think this is what has inspired me to be an arsehole boss lol.
