Hi,
My computer is getting slow because of the heat, the game recomand me to hire IT Support. I had a look everywhere in the game but I can't find it. Any idea ?

Thanks

PS: I am new to the game, I watched a lets play and the guy starts to launch an OS as first project. Is that a good idea to do it ?

When you finish a project, you will have a "Support"-Task on the right side of the screen ... clicking on it pops up a window with detals about the support task, among others, which team/s is/are assigned to this tsk ... clicking on this lets you assign teams to the task

Along the bottom of the screen there is a button for hiring cleaners, it staff and maintenance staff, IIRC it's in the second section of buttons bottom left button. clicking on that will open a new window where you hire cooks, cleaners, couriers, etc - you only need a tempory IT staff at the start, but make sure you hire them at the end of the day so they can get to your founders PC when the founder isn't using it - he never leaves his desk once he has coffee!

Hope this helps

Do you even read the threads you awnser to ?

On topic, I don't think it's a good idea to start by making an OS, it's the most difficult type of software you can develop and you need to have enough money and other teams to "endure" the process for a least 2 years. it also ask for very versatile employees.
