Salary demands are over the top
So, I've got that really bad employee. She gets 1500$/month and suddenly out of nothing, she demands 3000$/month just because she has now some poor programming skills after being educated for a month? Seriously wtf Oo

How am I supposed to pay her that, if all my one month contracts give me only ~7500$/person? And I can only do the horrible/bad ones, else I run out of time.

The only time I've had a jump like that is when I've sent them for leader ship skills which demands a higher wage... is this the case? Ifen with no skill in leader - if you change their role to leader then maybe that might trigger it after a while.

Contracts... they are really good to get your rep up / keep it up, you should look at doing your own project.

I'm not used to the $ demands - I use £ but even 3000$ sounds cheap - when you hired the person did you hire them cheap and now she's been there a while wants more money? You could always fire her and get someone else.

Well she was an artist before, who demand less, but still.. I find those demands kinda hilarious. I pay for their education, because even 1500 bucks for a zero skill employee is in my opinion way too high, and I get disrespectful claims afterwards. Pfft.

Hmm, when I start a new game I'll have to take more notice in the wages demand.

Most of th etime, in the beginning at least, I will do 2 or 3 contracts at a time (bad/horrible) once I hire some employees. I can typically finish 2-3 in two months by myself with minimal hits on bugs, but it helps pay for education while you're getting enough staff to do something big of your own. The only issue is, Art projects do seem to take much longer than Programming projects.
