Inadequate Quality
I really don't get this change the developers did. When i do contracts with expected mediocre and above, it always turns out inadequate in the end eventhough the reviews already say its good. And yes I filled up the bar during the design phase so wtf?

Since it always starts at negative, am I supposed to just get it to 0 or what? What does 0 get you?? Horrible??? Am I supposed to hit over +192031823 just to get it to good? Cuz the reviews from clients and outsources are already saying its good and yet it still turns out inadequate!

Is this a bug? It's really frustrating. You devs need to be more clear with this, like do a tutorial for contracts and that stupid -/0./+ system you implemented. Because your tutorial says to just get it to 0 but that's not true. Don't get me wrong, i love the game. Great job, devs, but this system is just so stupid.

And plus, yes, I get the alpha phase for your own projects should be endless since it's your own thing and you can work on it however long you want, but for contracts that doesnt make sense at all. In the real world, when you're doing a contract or commission, you'll have set guidelines/budget/goal. It doesnt make sense they wont stop once they hit that.

if you get to 0 and fix enough bugs, your quality is good. If you look at your history of completed deals, it shows you what you're being penalized for. Based on your decription, it sounds like you aren't fixng any bugs.

I wish it was just because I left bugs out. Even game assets that only require art and no codes (so obviously no bugs) turn out inadequate as well.

interesting, do you have low skills in art or something?

If you are playing on the latest beta (and you should unless something horribly goes wrong) then you should :
1.) Put game on pause at the start of the game. Change team departure time to 5PM.
2.) Build your hut for your founder (4x2 is fine) after building a parking lot next to the building. The parking lot lines should be at right angles to the road.
3.) Check contracts and see if you have art contracts (and you usually do)
4.) Train founder for one month in weakest area
5.) When your founder returns from school change his role to artist and accept the art contract. Work on that until the number reaches zero. Pause the game, switch the founder to programmer, advance the project , see a delay and then you are done once it tell you no bugs to fix.
6.) Release the project. Set founder to be trained in next weakest area.Repeat.

Switching roles is a lot of work. There is a selection "Any Role" that allows your founder (or anyone else, really) to step up and perform the job(s) required *without* having to micro-manage the person. It's the default, and it seems to work when you're just starting out just fine...
