Was this patched? It still seems like the permanent courier only picks up a few boxes in a shift. I have them working day and night and hardly making a dent in my 5mil unit Deal. I still need to call temps
This is super extreme, so it costs a few thousand a month to move a couple of boxes, which is literally useless...LITERALLY usesless.
Micromanaging distribution is a real pain, I shouldn't need to spend thousands to LOSE massive amounts of money on distribution...
Large print jobs will need more couriers, set to arrive every hour maybe, so it's a constant flow. Designated parking spaces will also help keep things flowing smoothly. The Distribution screen itself tells you how many boxes you are producing each month, and how many you can transport each month. Hire or dismiss couriers accordingly (I tend to hire one or two less than strictly needed, so there's always stuff in stock for them to take immediately upon arrival).
It's really not that difficult, nor is it possible to actually lose money unless you hire way more couriers than needed or don't meet the delivery deadlines for your printing deals.
But if it's really too much of a headache to figure out, just hire a single temporary courier as & when needed. They will take everything you currently have in stock and charge you per box. Doing things this way rather than using your own regular staff couriers will cost you (very roughly) about 25% more for transportation, but even on the lowest-paid print jobs you will still make a profit on the deal if you deliver the final copy in time.
I got 8 times more couriers than other employees.
But, when are couriers being changed up? The permanent ones are just about useless compared to the temporary ones due to the permanent ones only carry 1-2 pallets before leaving.. While temporary will carry 20-30+ pallets before leaving.
