Team management and Limit Room Usage
Hi, I am fairly new to the game, trying to figure out how to set up my teams in my new large building. I want a team for the tools (they will be working on 2D, 3D, and audio tools) I want to have a leader, couple artists, designers and programmers in the team. So I have 3 rooms and I click on "change team" to assign the Tools team to them. Then I want my programmer in the large room in the middle with the Limit Room Usage option.

Problem : what do I do with my leader? I would have made him a desk in the designer room but he won't be able to reach it will he?

Because of the limit "designers", the leader will not go into the room.
Just make a little office for your leader. The leader will get a good bonus for working in his own office (you can see this under employee details and the work effector "own office").

I have a another question, I'm totally oblivious to the project management, I put in a good leader, set up my market teams, desinated developer 1 + 2 teams with design, but they will take their time and hype the game but the hype will go down and they always miss their set deadline they give, why is that?

You can make another team room just for leaders...

Look at Project Managment Points. Make sure to set Dev time to 150%.

A new team will not produce a AAA project, but one thats been together for a little while will.**
