Report a translation problem
Just make a little office for your leader. The leader will get a good bonus for working in his own office (you can see this under employee details and the work effector "own office").
Look at Project Managment Points. Make sure to set Dev time to 150%.
A new team will not produce a AAA project, but one thats been together for a little while will.**
