Vending machines should give a little happiness, canteen trucks a little more and a real cafeteria the best. Even with a real cafeteria, the quality can vary a lot. Perhaps being able to recruit and hire chefs instead of cooks?
Maybe just different equipement with higher purchase and running costs. Otherwise the Staff system would get even more bloated.
Alternatively maybe have the kitchen enviroment affect the satisfaction employees get from the food tray.
So a dirty unlit and undecorated kitchen would give the employees less of a mood boost than a clean well-lit and well-designed kitchen.
