Explain: Action Points under Project Managment?
I don't seem to understand how to get them? Right now my Art is maxed, Dev is half and design is empty. It fluctuates but Design never gets hgigher than 2?

I also seem to think that they are a representation to quality of my projects.

Right now i have Dev time 200% and its "Red Dawn RPG" which is an RPG and CC game(s). The points deplete when a game is made.

The project leader will work to accumulate actions points to use for taking actions for the project. The leader's skill will determine how many and how quickly actions points are gained. Different actions require different amounts of actions points, e.g. generating a new project design from scratch will take 3 design points, a press release takes 1 marketing point.

So does this mean i should have my Leader trained in all Design, Art, Market, etc? Or just Lead?

It would be optimal to have your leader trained in design, art, marketing and lead.

That answers everything. Thanks!

I like to come back and play SI after big Alpha updates. Never bored this way! But sometimes... the new features boggle my head :P

does it look into the base skill or the other skill ( system, 2D , 3D , audio etc. )
so i need to set all dev leader to lead ( any role ) to increase their base skill first before assigning them as a leader on project management. Please clear this up.

EDIT : also please clarify this
design action points = or, not = to number of designer in the team?
same goes for artist and programmers
