Team Leaders & Meetings

i am new to the game and i was wondering what the point of a leader is and the point in having meetings also how do you have a meeting?

if anyone can help i would be very thankfull :)

Meetings increase effieciency/effectiveness. Much like reallife, as a Lead will have all the team working in the same direction (otherwise a team of 30 for example might all be pulling in different ways)

Only need to make one Of your people a lead person and have a room with enough tables and seats for you whole group of that team

They will go themselves make sure you don't places pc on those tables
