Next day issue a press build.
Then nothing until you're ready for a set release date, do that, and again a full press release.
Half way through your bug hunting release a final press build, and full press release.
Start hyping the second you isseyour first press release to slow down the loss of followers
My best experience was to start it two or three months before the release of the software. Every few days or each month release a press build. This will gain a huge number of followers.
Can someone help and tell me the right way to get marketing up to 20-30m+? I can never manage to get past 1.5million followers after a press build.
Also... When you let the project manager market they always start immediately and whenever I try to start marketing manually I get nowhere.
