alpha 8 team compatibility question

Since alpha 8 I find it incredibly difficult to get teammembers that have great or awesome compatibility with their leads.

For example I'd first search for a lead (offering the highest income and spending as much money as I can) then I would find the one with the highest skill compared to their age (example: age 28 skill 85%), but then when i try to find employees to put in the team that this lead will lead, I can never find any employees with a compatibility higher than "good" (and once in a hundred searches a "great" will pop up).

Meanwhile if I set my main character as a lead and try to hire people for his team, I can fairly often find "awesome" compatibility.

Am I missing something? what things do I need to look out for when choosing a lead for a team, and how can I get the most chance of finding "awesome" compatibility employees?

The compatibility is based on their personality traits, so when you're picking a leader, try to find one with more common traits? I can normally find quite a few "Greats" but the "Amazing" compabatility ones are rare.

If your reputation is high, that should also help. I generally offer more money to attract more people. I don't much care about their skills (they will get trained anyhow). I just look for employees based on compatibility and generally go for the youngest people I can find.

if you want amazing compatibility people, hire these: generous, flirt: generous optimistic: extrovert generous. avoid mean, pessimistic, manathropist, dramatic, short tempered, introvert, stubborn, snop cocky or even goofy.

This is kinda funny because I've been playing this game for about a year now and I haven't once had an employee with anything higher than "great" compatibility. Luckily, it doesn't matter that much, and you should just make do with the closest thing you can find.
