Project management stopped working - stuck at design

So, one my project management teams decided to stop working. It was working fine for a couple of projects, then the last two projects are stuck in design phase. The team is made up of 10 people on any role, everyone has at least 70% skill in all design, art, code. All employess in the group are idle. When I take over the projects, all design goals are met, and I can promote it to alpha.

This is Alpha 9 btw, any idea how to fix? Tried reforming the team, creating a new project group, etc, nothing works but manually taking over the project.

Update: Employess in the affected team won't train either. Set them up for manual training, they didn't go, and when I try to send them again, it says they are already assigned to a training.

Resolved, fired my whole (fully experienced...) team, hired some new guys, it's working now. Must have been one of the employees. At least now I realized my dream of having a team consisting of 30 members, pumping out ♥♥♥♥♥♥ operations systems...

Happened again, now even firing the whole team won't fix it...

I'm finding myself having this same issue as well. The only thing I've found that works is canceling the software being developed and trying something different.
