Project managment problem
Hey guys so I've been playing around with project managment for like a month. And it has been always working great... But for some reason now I can't get anything better than "good"... I have the recommended amount of people... they are all top skilled in what they need to do... I even put the development time up to 400% (that's how I got to "good" quality, with 100% I could only get bad or mediocre quaality)

I have no clue what to do... please help!! (and thanks! )

I don't use that feature (maybe I should) but how about 200% - 250% or did you already try those?

U need 500% dev-time & great skills on employers, for outstaning quality. And!!! 1 Development per team. So, if u use Secondary Dev team - u must do only 2 products at the same time, with this PM.
Quality will be lowest, if one PM team (without Secondary Dev Team) do more then one parallel product.

I've gotten 'Outstanding' with 250%, though.
The first product they did was 'Great' and I didn't change anything in PM for second product which was 'Outstanding'.

Perhaps the action points play a role here? That'd make sense, action points would be sort of like "experience" and you whenever you start a new PM you start with zero action points, you then accumulate them over time to use for tasks like announcing release date, designing a project from scratch etc.

Having said that my PM always fails at marketing.

Hype is ticked but with 15mil fans they fail to generate even 100k fans for a product before release date and whenever they do a press release (I'm not convinced they do press builds, judging from low numbers) they fail to hype it and few months after they've managed to lost nearly all fans, somehow.

It has two marketing teams (with ~50 maxed marketers) working on pre-marketing and those same two teams + one extra totaling at around 100 maxed marketers working on post-marketing.

Where am I going wrong with this PM?

Now I'm actually getting another error because the products are getting released way after the release date in the PM... no clue why.. maybe I did something wrong.

Also, HR is not working, it just worked one time only, I was able to hire automatically with the HR only one time, it didn't worked in all the teams but in some did, but then it never worked again. And yes I have enough free computers and so on.... No clue what's going on....

And another problem is that the recommended people needed for a project doesn't get updates.. like let's say that I have 4 out of 6 people needed, so I hire two more so that it get's 6/6, but it still is 4/6 in the development no clue why...

Nevermind, the problem of the projects being overdue were because I forgot to put chairs xD (after upgrading my computers to 6 monitors)

You solved it man!!! It was because I had the same team for both developments teams (primary and secondary) so not only they were getting stressed because working on two projects at the same time, but I was getting half of their effectiveness, and of course even less because they were stressed.

So yeah!! That was it! Now with 150% of development time I get always great and outstanding!! THANKS MAN!!
