Project management stuck
Project Management is stuck in design phase.
I have tried setting the development time to the lowest and the highest.
Clicking on Takeover shows me that the designing is finished and also I can see that no one is actually working on it.
So my Project Leader designed the project and stopped everything after that.
I also tried another Leader and different Teams, nothing helped.
Can anyone help me, please? :D

Keep an eye on the actions points in the options for your project management item. The purpose is explained in the tutorial and in a tooltip.

The Action Points are completly full.
