Did you limit the room access, e.g. for artist only? Sounds like she doesn´t find a computer to work on.
To find out: click on her or on her name in the wokers list and look at her status (on the lower left side of the screen).
Make sure that your team members are assigned to their specific tasks so that they can focus on the quality (don't have your artists try programming).
Teams get stressed when they are in eachothers space so create hallways or rooms to travel through between team rooms.
Try to get "Great" quality and don't over-design the project or under design. It helps increadibly.
Use peer reviews and outsource reviews when designing your project. You'll be able to see that you have 9.6/10 for 3D art but 5/10 for audio. Or 9.4/10 for algorithms but 3/10 for systems.
FIX THE BUGS! The amount of bugs are hidden when bug fixing and affect how long it takes for customer support, how many customers inquire to your support team, as well as the reviews on your product.
MARKETING TEAM! Get a marketing team set up to create press releases, hype, and pay attention to it. Try to make sure the interst is always growing.

Durring development if possible try to get as many functions in your software as possible, as well as try to research new technologies or buy out companies who own tech to create more innovation. As well as pay attention to the software you use for your tependencies and try to get as many operating systems as your budget can. Aim for 30k+ active users.
Aside from all that you just have basic stuff such as giving your programmers calculators, giving them a server to work with, making sure their rooms are good and the stress is low. Your first few products might not do so well due to you being new to that scene, or not realising you can have 700+ bugs in your software. Hope this helps <3<3
