I'm not using any antyvirus program and I have Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 with latest driver. I even reintsalled it...
I hope that developers will look for some resolution.
best regards!
I do have to mention that the graphics card is an old GTX 260 which i believe supports OpenGL 2.1 on the hardware level and OpenGL 3.0 though the NVIDIA drivers (Not sure about that last one) so if the game uses openGL 4.0 that would already explain my issues. Other OpenGL capable applications (The first that comes to mind is Starbound) run just fine on my system.
Ironically the game also runs fine on a spare laptop with Inter HD 4400 graphics.

You may be able to get around the problem by finding OpenGL.dll (not opengl32.dll) somewhere in your Windows folder (including subfolders) and renaming it. If this does solve the problem you should consider getting a copy of the original OpenGL.dll and restoring it.
Edit - Issue resolved! I just replaced it with new openGL.dll. Thank you for your time..
So, in case anyone else receives this error and searches trough the forums, this is a step-by-step guide of what i did to fix it on my system (Solution itself by Bare Mettle, up two posts above)
Step-by-step
If everything goes well you should have a running game, or at least not the same error. If anything goes awry with the new DLL just delete or rename the downloaded DLL and rename your "Opengl.dll.old" back to "Opengl.dll".
I hope this proves usefull for someone. :-)
I can only find opengl32.dll
Have you tried simply updating to the latest drivers downloaded directly from:
