How can I get Android version with synchronization with Steam version?

Hey guys. I'm really hoping someone can help me out here. So far from what I've played I really do enjoy this game. It's simple yet I can see the hours and hours you can put into it. But I'm having a really REALLY annoying issue. It seems every handful of battles the game just freezes. It stays stuck on the victory screen, won't go back to the map, still plays the music, but just doesn't do anything else.
