If you can't do that for some reason, request a refund and avoid buying Windows-only games on Steam in the future. Steam will refund your games unconditionally if you purchased them less than two weeks ago and played them for less than two hours. Note that for bundles such at this one, it counts the combined playtime of all games in the bundle.
Since you are one of the very few people still interested in this game, you may want to know that the Steam version of Westward has a minor bug that causes a non-fatal error message on every loading screen. This happens because the game tries to load a misnamed image file. If you want to fix this, download this and extract it in the game's directory: https://www.mediaREMOVETHISfire.com/file/af8ak790m6t9hf9/Westward.zip
Note that I had to edit the URL because Steam hates the site for some reason and automatically censors links to it. Should be pretty obvious what you need to remove to make it work.
Also, Westward II-IV received some free DLC on the developer's site. You can still get from here: https://web.archive.org/web/20110811184258/http://www.sandlotgames.com:80/w5/free_levels.html
Finally, if you want to get the whole series, note that the fifth entry, Westward Kingdoms, was never released on Steam. There should still be a few obscure websites that sell it, though.
