@klesh you are right but how much sense does it make that finding a bit of resin makes an extra large 3d printer? not everything needs to make sense in a game .. i just wish they would focus on building mode .. biodomes should be a part of this game

@klesh - We can certainly do a better job with indicating the context around researching. Conceptually, the idea is you're using your Research module to inspect an item you've discovered on your planet. In return for doing the research, EXO Dynamics (the fictional international space agency Astroneer's are apart of) rewards you with a blueprint to print an additional item and expand your capabilities as an Astroneer.

I would rather say to you @eonix, it would be cooler if you had been in cryosleep and are one of the last Astroneers. All the debri shows a great calamity happened.

It's been a while since I last played this game. I'm gonna have to wait for more updates so when I play it, there'll be lots of stuff to explore :D

Yeah I have to agree with mrmathmos, a map or some form positioning on said planet would be nice...instead of daisy chain the beacons.

Thanks for this upcoming update! I agree, the research system was a bit flat before. I love to see whats coming next. And I really hope there will be kind of a story later on ^^

You can play on Windows 7 and above just fine.

Ohhh ... so new research objects after all ... its just the way research may happend ....
Anyway some improvements for sure, but not for current players.
