View Distance Problems in multiplayer
Hey everyone,

I’m running an Astroneer dedicated server through GPORTAL and having serious view distance issues in multiplayer. In the single-player game, everything renders fine, and I can see distant objects like beacons and wrecks with no problem.

However, on the server even with the same Save File:

The view distance is extremely short, even with settings maxed out.

Objects only load when I’m right on top of them.

Driving fast causes terrain to load too slowly, and I often fall into unloaded ground.

I think when I play a single-player game, I'm the host, and everything is fine. But when I play a dedicated server multiplayer game, we are clients and stuck with a short render distance.

Has anyone found a fix for this or know if it’s a server config issue (like .ini file settings) that can be adjusted?
