Crossplay with Switch and Steam?

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can tell me if there is crossplay with Nintendo Switch version and Steam version, I havent played online with other users so I cant tell if they are all Switch users or Steam or from other platforms too. Thanks

Its a pitty, thanks a lot for explaining this so well, I hope next game has this feature as some other games have it too
