i lost my fault finder in the sun room

i went to put the 1st fault finder on the coil and it popped off and fell thru the shield and disappeared what do i do ... i can't finish the EVE mission and the fault finders aren't unlocked in my menu yet

Can you go back into the mission log and recall the fault finder from mission rewards?

this time it worked first i tried sun room no good ... then backpack no good then i went to Silva tried landing pad and it gave me another one so situation good thanks for the help
