Most, if not all, of the keybindings can be changed.

The screenshot shows all the key bind settings that can be changed. I can't think of any that are not listed. The movement keys can be changed to the arrow keys, or the numpad keys, or ESDF or anything you like. Some controls appear to be fixed, like LMB is for selecting or picking up things and RMB is for camera movement. The control system in the game is fairly simple, unlike some games that use almost all the keyboard.
