Breakdown event lost circuit board 1/5

Anyone know if circuit board 1/5 can be received through the care packages?

PC crashed leading to a corrupted save file. The game saved my event progress, but since it was after receiving the circuit board, it's now gone. Found a guide that says it's received as a reward ( Guide here )

So I'm wondering if there's another way to get it, or it's running to support again?

Yes, you can get all the chips from the care packages. It might take quite a few shipments but I got multiples of all the chips as rewards before I got a #4. Got lots of #2, so it's not just random. Still 7 days so you have time.

No purpose for the chips has been revealed yet. Maybe they have no use and are just something to collect. They do have text which adds a little more to the lore of the game.
