Though if it is a platform that is in good condition then you should just be able to click on it and to move it.
Other option is look into the packager in the research catalog and get enough research bits to unlock the packager to print. Packagers allow you to package up objects into manageble size boxes to be moved around.
If a platform is not budging it may be plugged into something which engages a platforms foot spikes.
