In the game, I died on another planet while I had the quest items on me, then when I was going to go to the place where I died and get my items, I died again and the mark of the first place I died disappeared. and that's why i can't do the quest because i can't find the items can you help me

when you generate another body the old "corpse" disappears, though (usually) not the contents of it. they just spill on the floor in about the same area. if you died on a slope, that is tough luck because it could have fallen closer to the core. a general hint is to keep a coloured beacon in backpack to find your stuff again. all these tips only help to mitigate your problem before it can occur. right now you are inquired to search these items sady. if there is a method to reset or restart a quest, i do not know of it, but that would be a help to your problem.
