If I remember correctly, the things you need for each snail are on the same planet, so you should find wheezeweed on Calidor.

If you don't know this, you can press F1, then look at the Astropedia tab (little rocket ship). Then if you look at Hazards it will show what the plants look like, and where you can find them.
