Anyway, Resin is UNDERGROUND, same with compound. Find a cave, you can usually find large deposits on the cave walls, if you don't, dig a little inside the caves and you'll find plenty of it.
Yeah I noticed those platforms provide oxygen without being connected to base or power; nice trick too ;) good thinking!
And every single planet has resin and compound, you just have to dig for it on most of them, you will only find them on the surface of Terran.
idk which planet I'm on; does everyone start off on Terran or is it random? Either way I've started 2 games each biome were different (different surface colors at least) if everyone starts off on Terran then the colors being different is interesting ;)
Anyway my point is I've found resin and compound lots on the surface as well as under (well not so much under though) on my starter planet whatever it is.
