Add Option to press RMB once to look around like with shift Press or Hold to run

Hello,

i play with Mouse and keyboard.
I like that game but its near unplayable for me for the reason that i have to hold the RMB if i wish to look around.

I suggest to add the option that i can press one time RMB and look around forever or Hold RMB to look around.

Similar Options are in the game: That i can Hold shift to run or Press one time shift to run.
