true flat mod

i think this shoud replace the alingment mod recipe still zink.
it would have an ui where you would switch between degrees and true flat.
true flat would always raise to the next level . íf you are looking under 45degrees you make true flat and if you are looking abovee 45 degrees you would make flat wall.
degrees would be relative to the terrain.

The alignment mod works perfect during normal game play for making level ground for platforms and launch pads, so I don't see that being removed. They plan on adding a tool set (mods or UI based) for true flat tools and will also try to make it so you can achieve level surfaces in places other than at the poles. Right now, you have to build on top of the gateways in order to get anything level.

I completely FAIL to understand what the practical use is of true flat..... i've over 60 hours in the game and it never even occured to me to make evertthing level... Ij ust flat out the terrain with the CTRL-key and that`ll do....

Making a sports ball arena needs true flat to let the ball roll as it should.

Other uses could also be perfectly flat roads of some sort and easier storage. Or even like a effective square hole in the ground that can hold onto your research nodes till you can properly store them effectively.

The leveling block is a step in the right direction for us lovers of the true flatness. Here's hoping they add it to regular mode and perhaps expand on the idea.
