Desolo vehicle data recorder does not apear

i got an exo chip before starting the mission and i think that caused the vdr to not spawn, prototype recovery just says ive gotten an exo chip but still cant find vdr, is there a text file somewhere that i can manually spawn one possibly?

found the solution, go back and complete the vesena vtol mission and then exit the game and reconnect the desolo mission should automatically finish itself once you get back

but the vesania mission is not active yet. only the desolo one is active. Would the vehicle data recorder still be visible ? and which mission do you mean by vesania vtol mission ? vehicle data recorder or MAT

been a minute, though if i remember right the mat is already there before the mission is evan active, just use the wiki for what to give it
