Gold Skin Achievement for PC will not unlock

The skin you get for completing all achievements in game does not give you the Overachiever Master unlock, that gives you the Gold Skin suit. I have everyone other skin in the game, but it will not grant me this one. Anyone know whats wrong and has it been reported?

Did you actually do the Achievement? The final achievement requires you to unlock every single portal on every single planet and moon and core all in the same game? Only then will you get the gold skin, not before.

Yes I did them all. I got the achievemnet closing scene with the Solar System and I have ZERO completions left to do. When I open my quest window, all acheivements are done, Everything is grayed out and nothing is left to do. All I am doing now is the reward achievement you can do by sending materials by rocket to get stuff, but its not a required achievement on the panel. Please don't tell me I have to do the whole thing game all over? BTW the unlocked Gold skin, says that I need to complete EXO Dyamic Solar System Mastery, but I only see that when I hover over the Gold Skin that still shows locked. But, this does not show up as something to complete in my quest panel.
