game stuck on loading solar system.

im running off of windows 10 and when loading the game it gets stuck 1/5 of the way on the loading solar system screen.
i have tried uninstalling the game and is local app data, verifying integrity of the game, deleting the animations, and just about any other suggestion that people have suggested. is any one else getting this problem? is it because of the update? when will this be fixed.

I have found my solution! what worked for me is changing astroneers priority to above normal in the task manager. open up task manager, go to details, right click on astroneer and then change priority to above normal.
